Hi, I'm Sara Jobling, founder and director of YogaWellbeing. I began practicing yoga aged 19 years while training to be a school teacher. I qualified as a yoga teacher at 26 and teach several styles of yoga including Iyengar Yoga and Flow yoga. For 22 years I taught biology and health education so understand anatomy, physiology and kineisology to allow my students a unique, very effective and beneficial experience.
I'm a senior yoga teacher and yoga teacher trainer running a range of classes, course and workshops for a range of ages and abilities.
I offer regular yoga classes and courses in Gateshead and South Tyneside. I'm available to book for 1-2-1 and small groups (up to 4 people) Personal Training sessions.
For the last eight years I've specialised in yoga therapy. One to one yoga therapy personalised to individual needs is a fantastic therapeutic process. After qualifying as a professional yoga therapist in 2011 I've had success treating many people with back problems, sports injuries, problem pregnancies and a range of other medical conditions.
In 2014 I qualified as a specialist Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs teacher and run courses all over the North East, successfully bringing this clinically proven yoga therapy to people with debilitating back conditions.
