A flowing yoga class synchronising breath with movement, including posture work (asana), breathing practices (pranayama) and relaxation (savasana). All abilities are welcome, as there will be modifications depending on your level.

I have been practising yoga, mainly Hatha and Ashtanga, for 13 years. I qualified as a yoga teacher with the Comprehensive Yoga Fellowship in 2016, after completing a three year teacher training diploma. I have also undertaken additional teacher training workshops in Ashtanga Yoga with Manju Jois, and completed a Yoga & Pilates for Amateur and Professional Sportspeople course with Yoga Anatomy.
I have also completed the YogaKidz Mindfulness, Meditation, Movement & Relaxation Teacher Training Diploma (for children and adults), and am also a member of the Independent Yoga Network.
