I am a fully qualified 200hr Yoga Alliance Teacher. I have a continuing self-practice whilst being a full time Flow/Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher. The physical practice combines postures to create a flow-uniting the movement, the breath and the mind.I call my practice Circular Flow Yoga as the "circular" aspect is influenced by Tai-Chi so the direction of where you flow is not from one point of the mat/space you start with.
