Flowing Yoga Class (Traditional)

We start with a warm up and move into major asana, whilst working with our breath and flowing from one posture to the next.

As the class comes to a close we stretch and restore and finish with pranayama and meditation.

Bring a drink and a blanket or extra layer for the last part of the class if you want to.
