Forrest Yoga, created by the inspirational Ana Forrest, is a strong yet deeply healing practice. The 60 minute class is for all levels and flows through an intelligent sequence of deep core work and energising standing poses, all designed to build strength, balance and flexibility. Expect to be challenged both physically and mentally! With a great emphasis on deep breathing and core work, the practice conditions the body and releases stress and anxieties.

Nicole leads group classes in Harpenden Hertfordshire and Hampstead London, as well as regular workshops and fabulous annual retreats in stunning locations.
Nicole’s classes are strong, grounded and inspiring. Through an intelligent sequence of deep core work and energising standing poses, she teaches her students how to connect in feeling with their bodies. Expect to work hard, breathe deeply and soften into your strength.
Her classes and workshops are open to all bodies, levels, abilities, injuries as well as pre & post natal ladies. We all have different bodies and yoga is not about learning to put your feet behind your ears. The fact is you don't have to have the hamstrings of a gymnast to benefit from yoga. Nicole will help you find your place in every pose.
