In 2020 I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Sivananda Yoga with Independent Yoga Network. My passion is developing classes that are balancing and nourishing for the body and mind. Since qualifying I have continued my study with 50 hour courses in Yin Yoga and Yin Yang Yoga. I truly believe that yoga is for everyone and is not about being flexible or standing on your head, but about bringing awareness to the breath and body learning to calm the mind and nervous system.
My classes aim to use slow, gentle flow, physical postures and breathing techniques to bring mindfulness and in this the body becomes healthy and the mind gets peace.
