Alison teaches mindful hatha yoga classes, embracing the breath, exploring the body, and quietening the mind. Alison holds the space warmly and openly, offering stages to cater for each students ability, allowing and encouraging the development of strength, flexibility and balance in their practice. A safe supportive environment amongst friends offers a chance to leave daily routine behind for a moment, turning attention inwards.
