Functional Flow Yoga blends hatha yoga with functional movements to help you reach higher, lift more and generally get more out of your body. Our classes are fun and active but we also focus on calming the mind too.

My style is functional yoga - yoga for normal everyday people, to allow them to get the most out of their bodies. This is influenced by a back ground in sports injury rehabilitation and working with back pain patients in the NHS. We help you find what works for your body and help you build strength and flexibility. I also teach Yoga for Athletes as well as Animal Flow.
