Rooted in yoga, informed by Pilates, inspired by dance. This class is a jammed pack hour of strengthening and stretching. Increase your heart rate by flowing through vinyasas linked with pilates toning exercises. A sweaty laughter filled hour of hard work. You will feel yourself grow stronger.

Having practiced dance and aerials Kathryn was yearning to leave the weight room behind and fulfill its need to flow, twist, bend and turn upside down. Her classes are challenging and invigorating, offering encouragement and a safe environment to release physical tension, gain strength and flexibility. Kathryn continues to study regularly she in completion of her Yoga Alliance 500 hour certification. She holds certifications in Fusion and Core Vinyasa. She completed her first Yoga Teacher Training at 889 Yoga in Toronto and has completed her STOTT Pilates Mat Training. Kathryn is also a Thai Massage Therapist.
You’ll find a little bit of everything in Kathryn’s classes in a blend of humour, compassion, and deep knowledge of the body. Expression and lightness can be felt in her classes as she encourages her students to push limits feel safe and strong.
