South West Yoga
Trained with Ruth White Yoga, have been teaching for 14 years. Have also studied under BKS Iyengar in Pune, India.
Have completed a foundation course in Yoga Therapy at the Yoga Biomedical Trust early in 2008, and a Yoga for Pregnancy training with Uma Thurman in 2009.
