The sessions include active yoga movements and static postures to reduce tension, create strength and aid concentration. There is also a short restorative element at the end of class. This class is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Class elements will be adapted to individuals if/as needed.

Our main Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist Sonja Lange holds yoga teaching diplomas with the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) and The Society of Yoga Practitioners (TSYP). She is a member of both organisations. Sonja is registered as a Yoga Therapist with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). In addition, Sonja holds a BSc (Honours) in Psychology & a Postgraduate Certificate in Psychological Wellbeing, is a member of the The British Psychological Society and works in the NHS to support individuals suffering with anxiety, low mood and stress.
