The Yoga Motion

The Yoga Motion is run by Pauline Hambelton, an ex-professional dancer who worked as a leading yoga + Ballet instructor for many years in Germany. She relocated to the UK in September 2013 and teaches in the South-West.

YOGA sessions are energizing, fun and refreshing.

Concentrating on asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and savasana (relaxation) to improve posture, flexibility and breath awareness.
To help strengthen, tone and detoxicate the body and to focus and calm the mind,thus reducing stress.
