A gentle adapted yoga practice for those who cannot get up and down off the floor. Seated postures and movements as well as some standing postures for those who are able. Stress management techniques and breathing exercises included. Term time only. No mat required. Please message to book.

I have practiced yoga since I was a child - under the guidance of my Mum who has taught yoga in Sale for 40 years. I qualified with British School of yoga in 2007 and also hold a pre- and post natal yoga teaching certificate as well as many other yoga teaching qualifications (see my website for details) My style is very varied - but is mainly Hatha and is gentle and non-intimidating but I also include more challenging postures for the more advanced yoga students. As well as regular yoga classes I also teach 2 chair yoga classes per week for those who cannot get up and down off the floor.
