A gentle Vinyasa class suitable for beginners, the class includes pranayama (breathing- life force) Asana (postures) and relaxation. This class will build a gently flowing Vinyasa yoga practice and aims to balance the mind body and spirit.

I teach Vinyasa Yoga a flowing fluid practice that is dynamic and strong yet allows the student to experience the softer aspects of the practice. I attended my first yoga class over 20 years ago, I have learnt many different disciplines of yoga with teachers in the UK and in Asia. I qualified to teach yoga with Katy Appleton at appleyoga in London.
I teach group classes in Raynes Park Ali tart and I also teach private groups and individuals.
