These classes move slowly through a series of fluid postures, flowing continuously through sequences of half Sun Salutations and standing/seated postures. Emphasis on linking breath to movement, while releasing mention in the body, holding stretches and moving mindfully. Beginning with breath work and ending with a guided Meditation.
A good fit for those new to Yoga, looking to destress or wanting to take a flow class at calmer pace.
