This is the perfect class for complete beginners, however experienced Yogis will also enjoy the gentle stretching and strengthening and slow flow of the class. We practice breathwork throughout the class, taking time to connect with your body and mind. Each class sequence is different from week to week and lasts for 55 minutes, with a 5-7 minute relaxing meditation to finish.

I offer gentle flow yoga, Yin yoga and Vinyasa yoga classes which are ideal for beginners and/or older ages groups and experienced yogis alike. I have created these classes to relax your body and mind, while gradually working on your core, balance and flexibility. Each class integrates yoga poses (asanas) and meditation as part of my holistic technique.
I end each class with a guided meditation, as I believe mental and emotional wellness is as important as as physical health. The road of yoga is endless — it all starts with a pose and a breathe, and expands into a never-ending path of self discovery and growth. I value each and every person who joins my class and I look forward to helping you achieve your wellness goals.
