Classes are a mixture of gently paced movements, held postures, breath-work and relaxation with a focus on correct alignment.
During class, we work with a sequence of poses and breathing to achieve a well-rounded practise designed to strengthen and tone. Suitable for all levels, you are encouraged to work with each pose to your own level. The classes are intended to be light-hearted and gently challenging to enable you to truly feel the benefits and happily grow your yoga practise over time.
