These 75 minute classes incorporate gentle asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing) practices and yoga nidra (relaxation). Postures are taught in a slow and methodical way with the emphasis placed on incorporating the breath with each posture.

The Yoga Awakening Africa Studio (previously known as the Yoga Ayana Studio) was opened in March 2004 by Conny and her daughter Nina. The studio is situated in the beautiful Tokai valley, surrounded by trees and peaceful views. A place to relax and escape from your daily worries, it provides a friendly and tranquil environment.
