I have been practising yoga for over twenty years and have been facilitating Hatha Yoga classes since 2012, currently in Eastbourne, Lewes and Bodle Street Green where I continue to learn from and share with several different groups of yogis in a variety of venues which have included a health retreat, a senior citizens' club and a mental health unit. A strong believer that yoga is for everybody, my aim is to make it as accessible as possible to all, and I love helping others discover the benefits of a regular practice, bringing enriching aspects of this ancient tradition into a modern, everyday context. Classes are typically one hour long, gentle Hatha style with a focus on the breath, incorporating energising stretches combined with nourishing relaxation to benefit body and mind.
