I have been delivering Hatha Yoga for over 30 years and my approach is Gentle and Therapeutic. My focus is always on Health, Safety and Wellbeing.
My aim is to make Yoga accessible to a much wider range of people, making it fully inclusive.
I teach classes every week to the general public, in person and online and I am able to integrate people who have various health issues.
In addition to my Yoga Teaching qualifications I am also qualified in Exercise Referral (Yoga), so I am fully qualified to teach Yoga to people on referral from a health professional. These patients/clients may be suffering from common health conditions such as Stress, Anxiety, Muscular Skeletal Problems, Back Pain, Respiratory Issues etc.
I am also a qualified Yoga4Health Teacher with Yoga in Healthcare Alliance. This Yoga Programme was created to reduce stress and anxiety, improve mental health and help people with pre diabetes or at risk of heart disease and to help combat social isolation.
The programme was originally commissioned by West London CCG and is evaluated by The University of Westminster, it is supported by the All Party Parliamentary Group on Yoga in Society and the College of Medicine.
