Both my Yoga classes are gentle Hatha in style, suitable for beginners and those with previous experience. Students of all abilities are welcome, but bear in mind classes include lying, sitting and standing.
Each class works on improving flexibility, strength and balance, with a relaxation practice to finish. The emphasis is on good posture and alignment, good technique and of course, relaxation!

I am a BWY trained Hatha Yoga Teacher. I have been teaching for 2 years.I have a background of working in the NHS for 30 years and have been doing Yoga for about 15 years. I came to Yoga after developing a balance problem and found it really helped! Along the way, Yoga has helped me enormously in dealing with the ups and downs of life.
My classes are gentle in nature and suitable for beginners and those with previous experience. The emphasis is on improving flexibility, good posture and alignment, balance and most importantly on relaxation.
Classes are 60-75 minutes long and cost £8.00. Discounts are available if you pay for 6 classes in advance.
I run two evening classes at Rempstone Village Hall……Tuesdays and Wednesdays……6.30-7.30pm.
