I am fully certified and insured to teach Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Pre & Post Natal Yoga, Pilates & variety of Pilates Matwork classes. A member of Yoga Alliance, Independent Yoga Network - Yoga Elder, CIMSPA.
My Yogq classes are Hatha Yoga based and combine Adana yoga postures, pranayama breathing exercises and a guided relaxation meditation. Suitable for beginners or intermediate level students. As the class is always modified to suit the group. The atmosphere is relaxed and calm and we also try to have fun.
