A beginner's level Hatha Yoga (slow movement of the body into poses that work on strength and flexibility) that is suitable for those with a small amount or no experience. In these classes we will gently introduce key asana (poses) and basic pranayama (breathwork) and go on a voyage of discovery together as we explore the basics of a solid yoga practise that you can take anywhere.

Following a ten year battle with a degenerative back condition that resulted in me not being able to turn over in bed, at the age of 50 ...I found yoga.
Like so many I started slowly, one class a week led to two...led to five,six or seven!
Now 6 years later I am passionate about sharing the difference Yoga can make to your body, the positive relationship with your body, and your ability to move.
