GENTLE SLOW FLOW Release your energy and improve your stamina with a soft flowing vinyasa yoga class (evening classes are by candle light). Replenish, let go and gain a greater sense of openness in your body to improve breath awareness with a sumptuous gentle flowing sequence. Classes are quiet, meditative and restorative.

Anna Holland is an Advanced Yoga Teacher 500hrs YTT and has been practicing yoga since she was 14. "I run Vastu, our beautiful log cabin garden yoga studio in New Malden. I teach Vinyasa Flow (Gentle SLow Flow or Strong Moderate Flow), Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for Teens and Well Women yoga. My classes are for everyone and include yoga breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation (with warm fluffy blankets and lavender eye pillows). Classes are small so I can ensure we work at your pace and towards your goals and provide necessary adjustments so you get as much out of your class as possible.
