For those who've never done yoga, or very few classes, and for those who've been away from a yoga practise for a long time.
Starting with easy and long stretches, we'll open the body up and prepare it very slowly, and gently, for some asanas.
Asana's will be introduced a few per class, so students have time to digest, and each student will be carefully adjusted to ensure the pose is working for them.
Concepts of yoga and meditation will be introduced in the class.
All classes will start and end with a simple relaxation technique, for many students this relaxation becomes the main focus of their yoga practise as it has a healing effect on mind, body and soul.
As students develop a certain understanding of their body and are able to bring their minds to focus easily, we will also introduce simple breathing exercises which benefit health, and bring depth to student's practise.
Each class will progress slightly on the previous, so following classes as a course is recommended.
