My classes are currently happening on Zoom. All welcome.
Each class includes slow mindful movement into gentle stretches and simple yoga poses, awareness of natural breathing, and a guided relaxation.
This approach, inspired by the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli, encourages inner listening and develops a sense of calm.

I practice and teach a gentle approach to yoga which promotes suppleness, mindfulness and the ability to relax. Yoga has enhanced my life since 1986 and I qualified as a British Wheel of Yoga teacher in 2008. All ages and abilities, including beginners, are welcome to join my classes and individual needs are catered for.
