Gentle Yoga at The Pod

Drawing from the rich traditions of hatha asana, pranayama, and philosophy, I integrate these elements to offer a refreshing and revitalizing experience for your body, mind, and spirit. In my classes, we take a gentle and caring approach, perfect for those who are new to yoga or anyone feeling a bit shy about joining a class. It's also sensitive to those who may have experienced trauma. I pay close attention to each student's unique needs and work together to bring harmony to the nervous system. It's all about creating a welcoming and comfortable space for you.

This holistic approach prioritizes your overall well-being, allowing you to find harmony within yourself.

No matter your age or current stage, you're invited to reserve a place in one of my warm and rejuvenating yoga classes.
