What to expect: this is a gentle flow class, suitable for all levels, even beginners. Expect some gentle breathing work, a slow paced warm up and some deep and delicious stretching. Ending with a lovely, indulgent savasana at the end to completely relax after practice and leaving you calmer and less stressed.
What you need to bring: a mat and perhaps a bottle of water (there is a kitchen in the village hall if you need to fill up bottles).
What you need to wear: light weight clothing that allows you to move comfortably.

Currently teaching in Badgeworth Village Hall on a Thursday evening 7pm-8pm.
Classes are suitable for beginners and advanced students and are focused on moving gently and with mindfullness. There is some breath work to begin with, some gentle pose work and ending with a lovely savasana to ensure deep relaxation.
