Do Yoga

Having benefited so much from yoga since 2002, I wanted to share the practice by teaching. I practice daily - the asana (postures) keep me supple, the pranayama (breath work) helps to keep me calm and the meditation allows my mind to be more focused. I began my training with the British Wheel in 2011 and began teaching weekly classes in 2012. I believe the exercises are so helpful and can be used by anyone. Having studied for 3 years I'm now a qualified level 4 Diploma holder and I really enjoy and have fun with my teaching - laughing and smiling at every opportunity I can (well it is yoga for your face!) When you practice yoga not only do you find peace in your own life but you also add to the joy of all those you live and work with. If you haven't tried it - why not come and have a go? Namaste!
