Beth's classes are the perfect way to boost your energy levels as well as improving your strength, flexibility and general sense of wellbeing. Classes include yoga asanas (postures) some flowing, others held, yoga pranayama (breathing techniques) and guided relaxation. Beth is an experienced teacher and has been offering classes for the past 23 years in Newbury, Hungerford and Wantage areas. I am an experienced teacher and hold the British Wheel of Yoga Teacher Certification. Regular classes are held in and around Newbury, Hungerford, Childrey and Wantage areas. I have been teaching for over 22 years locallly. My classes focus upon moving mindfully through gentle flowing sequences as well as postures that are held for a while. The lessons will help you to build strength, flexibility and improve core stability. Classes also include pranayama (yoga breathing techniques), mindfulness and relaxation to give you the tools to relax and find a little calm. Monthly restorative (relaxation) classes are also available as well as regular workshops, retreats and 1-2-1 lessons
