This class is suitable for people with back problems, seniors and anyone who enjoys a slower practise. Plenty of time for adjusting postures. Focusing on breath and movement and plenty of relaxation. Everyone welcome.

Yoga is a great antidote to the stress and strain of everylife and with regular practise you will reap the benefits, more flexibility, stonger body and most importantly less stressed! I teach a varied style and Im influenced by Sivananda/Iynegar and Yin Yoga. Classes are based around breath awareness and each person works to their own level. Meditation evenings/Sunday Chill out workshops/Retreat Days and Full Retreat available. Friendly classes everyone welcome.
