Suitable for all levels of students. Class emphasis is on stretching, toning and relaxation. While careful attention is given to alignment, students are encouraged to work at their own pace and level of ability. This class focuses on moving mindfully for optimal health and well-being.

I have been practising yoga since my early teens and have been teaching for 15 years. I am registered as a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals, which represents over 3000 hours of teaching experience. I teach alignment-based yoga for all levels, from gentle to Intermediate. My classes are well-sequenced and emphasize mindful movement of body and breath. I want every student to have a positive and joyful experience of yoga. To feel lighter and happier when they leave class, and to shine that out into the world.
