I have been teaching fitness for over 15 years across a multitude of disciplines. Out of all the classes I have taught it is the Mind and Body training that appears to motivate and benefit my participants the most with its strong focus on strength, flexibility, calming and mindfulness.Regarding my qualifications and experience, I have a background in Fitness Management, Fitness Instructor tutoring and assessing (from Personal trainer to Pilates teacher), Exercise Referrals and Cardiac Rehab. I come from a background in dance and have suffered my fair share of injuries, so I am very aware of how it feels to have a muscular skeletal complaint!
