I trained with Zenways and Zen is concerned with finding your own truth and expressing that, and on that journey your body and your experience is your wisest guide. This philosophy I carry into teaching, encouraging you on your own individual, personal journey with yoga/life, by taking things slowly and gently, placing extra emphasis on looking after ourselves, body and mind, remembering 'it's not how far you go, but how you feel'...and how you get there. Bendyness is never the requirement, just willingness. All welcome!
