All abilities catered for, beginners welcome. This is my gentle session with a warm and friendly atmosphere.
A blend of styles with attention to correct alignment. From gentle warm-up postures to a variety of standing, seated, backbends, forward bends and twists, some inversions where appropriate all the way through to pranayama and relaxation.
I originally trained and qualified as an Iyengar Yoga teacher, I have now developed my style of teaching to incorporate a free flowing method.

I have been practicing Yoga for over 30 years and teaching for the last 20 years. My classes cover a range of abilities and all are welcome.
I originally trained and qualified as an Iyengar Yoga teacher and have now developed my teaching to incorporate a more free flowing method. My Hath Yoga classes are a mixture of sequencing and held postures.
I also teach Yin Yoga where we hold the postures for longer periods of time, targeting flexibility around the joints, in a more meditative way.
