A slow steady class great for people new to yoga or who would like a gentler pace. We move and breath mindfully through a sequence, all of the postures are grouped together so you aren’t getting up and down off the floor, (all seated postures together, standing postures together) and the few vinyasas are optional. We use lots of props and there are always a few yin or restorative postures in the mix. It’s great for people who may be a little older, limited mobility or injury's but everyone is welcome.
