I have been practicing yoga for over a decade, since 2008 to be precise, and have found it to be an incredible source of physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. As a result of my dedication and passion for yoga, I have achieved an advanced Hatha Yoga Level 3 certification from the prestigious British School of Yoga, which has enabled me to deepen my practice and share my knowledge with others.
Moreover, my commitment to teaching and sharing the benefits of yoga has led me to become a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance UK. This certification has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology, which has further enhanced my ability to guide students of all levels towards their wellness goals.
