Welcome! I've been teaching Yoga for over ten years now and my passion for all things yogic continues to grow. After my initial training with Stephanie Keach of the Asheville Yoga Center in North Carolina in 2000, I then moved to France and then finally Ireland. I've been studying and teaching ever since and have completed an Advanced Yoga studies program with Stephanie as well as specific training in Yoga for Pregnancy, Yoga for Special Needs and ongoing intensive studies with amazing yogis such as Noah Mazé, Deb Neubauer, and Desiree Rumbaugh. My classes are filled with (among other things) emphasis on safe alignment and conscious movement, breath awareness, humour, and a love of yoga.
