Sessions also includes a dedicated; iRest Yoga Nidra, a guided meditative practice of self-enquiry, suitable for all. Based on the ancient teachings of meditation, it’s an evidenced-based transformative practice that leads to mental, physical, spiritual healing and well-being.

Beyond Yoga

Paul has studied Yoga seriously in 2000, with his first training at the Relational Yoga Mandarim, Colorado in 2002 and continued working and studying with renowned teachers from all around the world. More recently training with Richard Miller PhD iRest Yoga Nidra that he integrates into movement with body sensing. He has used yoga and meditation to transform his once stress filled chaotic life to find peace and contentment. He shares his practice in rehabs, mental health units and prison as well as with people coping with the stresses of daily life. His purpose in life is to guide people to find light in dark places, heal the effect of unconscious pain, find freedom from fear and connect with your underlying peacefulness.
