I have been practising yoga for over 15 years and I love it! It's been a huge part of my life for so long, and I'm thrilled to now be teaching in my local area so others can gain from the incredible benefits too. I am half way through the BWY teaching diploma course and keen to get all the experience of teaching that I can.
