I will safely guide you through your practice, introducing the wealth of tools yoga has to offer to help reunite and strengthen your mind and body, and find inner peace.
Classes are mixed level and whether you are a beginner or experienced student, you are encouraged to work at your own pace and ability. A moderate level of fitness is required to participate and modifications to postures are given so that you can take options that feel good to you and your body.
