Fri Hatha/Flow 5.45 - 6.45pm
Sat Hatha/Flow 8.45 - 9.45am
Whether you are fit and active or are already starting to notice some health challenges such as loss of flexibility, stiffness of the joints or back pain. These weekly classes and workshops are specifically designed to help you stay active, have more energy and feel calmer whatever size or shape you are, whatever experience you have or however inflexible you think you are!
The classes are perfect if you are looking for a safe supportive environment where you don’t feel out of place or intimidated by super fit ultra flexible gymnastic types (I’m certainly not one of them but hats off if you are) or sweaty fast and energetic Yoga flows. No putting your leg behind your head, tying yourself in knots, sitting for hours in lotus position or doing handstands.

Hi, my name is Louise. I specialise in teaching a gentler style of Yoga particularly beneficial if you are approaching mid life or are a beginner. I found the benefits of Yoga after suffering with back problems, work related stress & anxiety. Yoga transformed my life and I left my career as a college lecturer to teach Yoga. I look forward to meeting you in one of my classes or workshops soon.
