Linking breath and movement, participants move through a set of sequence of yoga asanas that invigorate, strengthen and give flexibility to the body. New poses will be added every week to build on your ability. Depends on your physical and emotional well being, the poses can be modified from gentle to dynamic yoga. My style is influenced by the Ashtanga and Iyenga systems, using controlled breathing (pranayama) techniques.

Hatha yoga body flow, that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. I am BWY, Yoga Alliance UK and Yoga Alliance Org USA certified.
