Hatha Yoga is a gentle and joyful way to reduce stress, increase strength, cultivate flexibility, and improve overall health. The Flow session will build strength and stamina with asanas that are sequenced into a simple, natural flow that tones muscles, improves balance and calms mental focus. After warming the body we continue stretching in seated postures in preparation for relaxation and meditation.
All my classes include pranayama, relaxation and meditation to enhance spiritual growth and my studio offers a place of peace and tranquility for practising asanas, pranayama, relaxation and meditation to harmonise the mind as well as the body.
Classes are for beginners and experienced practitioners who want to build strength and flexibility.

Attending my yoga class can help restore physical vitality, invigorate the mind and elevate the spirit. Through a series of postures, breathing and meditation, it is said to be the perfect union of mind, body and spirit.
My studio has underfloor heating, a sedum roof and is a relaxing space of tranquility for Yoga classes and in the winter months we practice by candlelight.
Janet is a Yoga and Level 3 Pilates teacher and enjoys what both offers. As a lower back sufferer, she incorporates her knowledge of anatomy and physiology into her Yoga classes.
Janet enjoys bringing energy, compassion and fun into her classes and encourages her students to explore and experiment in their yoga practice, always nurturing and honouring their body. The classes in my studio are small and friendly so booking is essential.
