Classes of varied and creative sequences of postures, in a flowing style and interspersed with longer holds, building strength and flexibility.  Breath focus is integrated throughout class, helping to quieten the mind and revitalise.  Suitable for all levels, encouraging continued development, with options for those who would like try more advanced postures.

Louise Rogers Yoga

I specialise in women’s health and wellbeing, particularly during the transitional times of pregnancy, the postnatal period & menopause. I’ve been practising yoga for 30 years, teaching for over 10 years, and I also work as a birth doula. My offerings include group classes, one to one teaching and mentoring, and leading transformational workshops and retreats.

My passion is supporting women in connecting to their own unique spirit and gifts, so that they can authentically embrace and love themselves for who they are. Sometimes we are so busy looking after others that we lose sight of our own needs, becoming confused, tired or overwhelmed. I use embodied techniques, yoga, mindfulness meditation and thoughtful self development enquiry to help you return to a place of ease, joy and clarity.
