An all round class suitable for all practitioners, including beginners. Hatha flow yoga classes focus on building both flexibility and strength in postures. There is an emphasis on developing greater awareness and trust in your body. Classes also include breathing and relaxation techniques to balance the nervous system and help calm the mind.

My background is in dance and ashtanga yoga and classes blend elements of vinyasa flow, hatha and ashtanga styles together with held postures, breathing and relaxation. I am a qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher and hold a Birthlight diploma in post-natal yoga. I also have qualified teacher status in the state school sector and is able to adapt the classes so that they are suitable for all levels. I am also a teacher training for YMCA Diploma in Teaching Yoga course.
I have taken the best of a range of yoga styles to create a gentle dynamic flow blend that uses a dancer’s knowledge of the body’s natural movement with a mindful focus to help reduce stress and anxiety.
