I passionately believe that yoga is the perfect antidote for modern day living. As someone who spent many years working in a corporate environment I witnessed first hand how stress and fast paced living can affect the body, mind and soul. Yoga has taught me to slow down and honor the space I am in. Moving from London to Totton, Southampton has been on of the best decisions I could have made for my own mental well-being. Its my mission in life to make yoga accessible to everybody and look forward to practicing with you! When not doing all things yoga, I love to walk my dogs in the New Forest, cook with my husband Lee, read all sorts of books, take photos of life and find new places to explore!
