Hatha Flow Yoga is a mixture of traditional yoga, holding static poses and Vinyassa Yoga where postures are sequenced together.
All aspects of Yoga are enjoyed during our 90 minute class. Physical postures (ASANA), breathwork (PRANAYAMA), relaxation (SAVASANA) as well as meditation.
Alternatives and modifications are offered so that everybody can fully enjoy their Mad Cow Yoga experience
