Emily is an Oxfordshire based sound practitioner and yoga facilitator, who has been practising yoga for over 10 years and teaching since 2021. Emily empowers women to overcome overwhelm so that they can experience deep rest and feel pretty great. She encourages you to get more from your life, to make space for yourself, to build confidence, self-compassion, emotional resilience and connection to yourself.
Emily offers sound bath meditation, circle, ceremony and a variety of yoga, from fiery vinyasa to slow restorative. Sessions offered range from public and private group and 1:1.
