I believe in the transformational power of yoga whether one's aim is to relax and de-stress after a busy day or to revitalise.
I have been practising yoga for over 13 years and have been lucky enough to learn from inspirational teachers including my wise and experienced tutors at Yogacampus where I trained.
I attend regular workshops and have also completed the British Wheel of Yoga Module in Ayuredic Yoga Therapy with Tarik Dervish and the Scaravelli Immersion course with Catharine Annis.
